Features & Characteristics
- SHAFT - the one-piece thru shaft ensures dependability and positive disc position.
- ACTUATOR FLANGE - the operator flange conforms to ISO 5211 onto which manual electric or pneumatic actuators can be readily mounted.
- BUSHING - the shaft is carried in four bushings with shaft deflection due to high pressure being prevented, thus ensuring optimal guidance, positive location and long life.
- LINER - non-collapsible, stretch resistant, blow-out proof and easily replaceable. The special construction of the liner efficiently seals against medium, the shaft location and the connection pipework flanges. Gasket ate not required.
- BODY - the value body is precision machined in order that the liner with shaft location can be accurately positioned to ensure minimal operation wear and extended reliable service life.
- PRECISION PROFILE DISC - the precision machining of the disc provides tight valve sealing and assures minimum operating torque and longer liner life.
